Social Value

The whole team is committed to adding Social Value to our local communities and projects we are involved with. We have developed many partnerships with local charities where we are able to offer professional advice and fundraise to offer support to their programmes and projects.

We also work with project design teams and our own supply chain to ensure social value initiatives are introduced as standard and to encourage sustainable alternatives through the design of projects.

Community

Our team are passionate about developing relationships with the local community to offer support through volunteering and fundraising.

We have built relationships with our chosen charities over many years, and continue to build new relationships through charities which are identified at project level.

Sustainability

Through our approach to sustainability, we are committed to finding sustainable solutions for our business and our clients projects.

We provide expert advice when working on sustainable projects such as the UK’s first Hydrogen House, whilst also advising Clients on how they can improve sustainability performance on their project.

Learning opportunities for young people

We continue to work with local colleges and agencies to provide opportunities for young learners who are passionate about joining the construction industry.

Through ourselves and our sister company Vextrix, we are able to offer industrial year out placements and work experience for those studying towards a relevant construction qualification.
