This part demolition of a redundant factory was a 6 month scheme. Struktura was appointed to provide Structural Engineering advice on the £1million project.
The scheme comprised of part demolition of a warehouse, stripping back of the remaining structure to the frame. A full refurbishment was then carried out including new wall cladding, roof sheets and lighting. New office and contemporary workplace facilities were also provided.
