This project involves the construction of a mixed-use development, including two retail plots, a nursery and healthcare centre.
Struktura provided Structural Engineering Services on the Nursery building and retail park development with the construction of a new Lidl.
We were wholly responsible for the concept design of the steel-framed building, in addition to the full substructure design.
The role also includes checking and coordinating subcontractor designs, such as steelwork and glazing design elements.
